I located a photograph of CW Post old football uniforms at CW Post Website. Their football uniforms look very similar to the photographs I posted below of the 1978 Ithaca College vs CW Post varsity football game, saying the team was CW Post that Ithaca College did play, they said we did not play. Hey, maybe the NCAA might want to see the photographs, I am sure Nassau County Police Department would like to see the photo's because CW Post is on Long Island, New York, then their was the matter in Bellmore, N.Y. during my early youth. Hey, I am sure we played CW Post at Ithaca 1978 and did not play Clarion State or Wittenburg University 1978, we played Albany State University the first or second game of the season and ABC Sports Regionally televised the game, oh, I did block a punt and partially blocked a second punt 1978 my Freshman Year during the Albany State University 1978 football game. It's the destructive stories that evolved and cause harm, damage and subject matter is devised into a  scheme of things. Of course any person would become ill and lose property & interests due to such incidents.

   I found a better copy of the 1978 Ithaca v St Lawrence varsity football game, not Wittenburg I am making a QB sack. Also located a few more photo's, found the entire image of the Towson University Varsity football game 1978, I am catching a ball, number 43, that is pitched to me by Ithaca player Schemann #75. Then I think I located the Ithaca v C.W. Post Varsity football game 1978, Ithaca won 28 to 14, I did score a touchdown via intercepting a pass also blocked a punt and partially blocked another as shown in photo, then a photo of Alfred University players trying to start a fight and had repeatedly threatened me and verbally bashed me a 1978 photo Ithaca v Alfred. Maybe the Nassau County Police can identify the C.W. Post photo, is it C.W. Post? If it is the enemy will probably say it was a Junior Varsity game because they changed the schedules and recorded that we played Clarion University in 1978 and won 17 to 0, I am sure all the Clarion players did not go along with it!

I respond to many false stories and football records, I still get disgruntle and derogatory emails and calls that are in part athletic motivated. The response I got is that the numerous incidents is simply not giving me credit for my participation, although after I reviewed the legal definition of forgery it does include STATISTIC'S, all my performance statistics changed, removed and suppressed. I set a National & Unusual personal performance record for scoring most points on DEFENSE, interceptions, return yards, QB sacks, blocked punts, safeties, TD scored on DEFENSE and fumble recoveries but the matter begins in New England Prep School when all the schedules , rosters, scores of games, order played games and statistics were changed, then snowballed into College career then into employment. I did leave a copy of the 1979 N.C.A.A. National Championship football game Ithaca v Wittenberg, the last 4 minutes of game, shows scoreboard, I recover fumble near goal line to help win game left copies of game film short at Act Theater, Seattle, WA, Sacramento Bee News, St. Mathews School & Church, Kalispell, MT, ABC Sports, New York City, editing done by ACE Video, Park Ave South, New York City, if you want to see a good fumble recovery play get a copy of the football game film short and judge for yourself. When records are changed damaging stories evolve that caused harm and lead to a number of incidents.

   What needs to be done is some how publish in a newspaper the actual Tabor 1977 Varsity Football schedule, now I know we played University of Massachusetts J.V., Boston University J.V., Middlebury College J.V. and Williams College J.V. approximately mid season, we played 10 games. Ithaca College 1978 we actually did not play Clarion State University beating them 17 to 0, never happened but we did play C.W. Post winning 28 to 14, I did score on defense that game, was a home game, the 1978 N.C.A.A. Playoff game was actually against St. Lawrence University, we did lose by a field goal. Hey, I did business with the Boston Globe while I was employed by Lambart Computing 1984 through 1986, maybe they would publish maybe part of the schedule, they should speak with Mike Ryan, Mr Young and Mr. O'Connor ex Tabor team mates.The ex Tabor players should be warned that I got hints that the enemy has printed a phony 1977 year book, they should combat the matter by getting the actual schedule or statement about what schedule we played published in any type of newspaper, maybe a Marion paper. Hey maybe the Daily News New York "Long Island might publish my actual statistics of the 1980 Albany State football game where I scored 20 points on defense 6 points kick return, speak with Robert Bob Firigno ex Ithaca player, Coach Donnelly last College he was at was Muhlenburg State College, PA or Coach Connelly ex Ithaca Coach, those who did not go along with such matters should use resources to tell another side of the ongoing destructive story, thank you, Phillip Bianco.

   Yesterday I got an email again about the 1977 Worchester vs Tabor football game, ranting and raving for years that Worchester beat Tabor badly although the score recorded was Worcester 6 vs Tabor 0 which actually never happen. The true is that the 1976 & 1977 New England Class A Division Prep School Leagues athletic schedules where changed, so were the scores to games and team rosters, it may sound meaningless or frivolous act to commit but any of the students in those Prep Schools become America's Leaders including Political and Financial. I did suggest those who suspect I am telling the truth to speak with other players such as Mike Ryan "Center & Guard",  Mr. Young "Running Back", Mr. O'Connor "Running Back", a younger player by the name of Matt Fee who went to Harvard might be able to piece the correct schedule back together. !977 we actually played University of Mass J.V., Boston University J.V., Middlebury College J.V. & Williams College J.V., I would have not played football that year if we did not play the College Teams. Yesterday, I was given a hint that the enemy is publishing a phony 1977 Tabor Yearbook of course Tabor did not have a year book 1977. I have contacted Tabor recently but maybe someone reading this Blog Post should call Tabor, Marion, MA and inform them about this phony year book intention by the enemy. The changing to the athletic records created destructive stories that snowballed into my Ithaca College career. The 1978 College football schedules were changed. The truth is I set Public High School, Prep School and College personal performance records, the  enemy as they did with the schedules, rosters and scores of games gave me all zero's in skilled categories of play.  I set Public High School record for single game most rushing yards as a fullback & most yards per carry. Prep School I set most career yards rushing as a Fullback & most points scored as a Fullback, College most interceptions, most points scored on defense, most fumble recoveries, most locked punts, most defensive return yards, most Quarterback Sacks & most safeties, the enemy gave me all ZERO"s and credited other players on the team for my participation, this whole silly ruling begins in Washington, D.C., some corrupt Official's Opinion, I did go into the Supreme Court about the matter at the time, so, they have some Court records, the Supreme Court did not agree with the Opinion that what ever I gain or achieve gets credited to another person. The two Ithaca College football stories that destroyed my career path was the Robert "Bob" Firigno  and the Jeff Southmayd stories. First is the Robert "Bob" Firigno story leading to the Albany 1980 Varsity Football game , where I score 20 points on Defense and 6 points kick return. I did quit the team finally based upon such matters after the game Coach Mike Donnelly called me into the Football Office to watch the game film, he said on a play when I was running down the field Mike said THEY said I was being Robert "Bob' Firigno and as I was jumping up to intercept a pass I was being Jim Myers the team wide receivers, then years later after my Sales Career came to a crashing end, they said to me by word of mouth that I must find myself and not the other guy and related that to my Sales Career. The second story is the Jeff Southmayd twisted story as I mention in other posts.

   Anyways I did write to Tabor School, Ithaca College and the N.C.A.A. I hear the authorities who give a simple explanation for each and every incident about the athletic motivated incidents and when their done an example is I have all zero's in skilled category of participation, of course the New England Prep School League produced and still produces many of America's Political and Financial leaders. Thee times I my life I had to request Certificates of Assessments & Payments for my Tax Statements from IRS & Treasury, to prove employment. The enemy could have said I was doing this, that and the other thing which they did. Remember a number of times I ad to replace personal documents even High School and College Diploma which have been lost/stolen a number of times. That re-begins with a burglary at my residence in New York City 1986/87, they stole athletic memorabilia such as Varsity Athletic Award Letters and canceled checks to my student loan and car payments, then erased my payment history at the student loan and car Association. I will write to the N.C.A.A. a final time by opening my correspondence with the fact that it's the year 2014 still incidents and these silly explanations, they say "it's in my head", my psyche which is untrue, it's the enemies psyche for actually being so obsessively destructive that would include them evading by giving such simple explanations about incidents and matters. In Pennsylvania the athletic matters go back to Little League Baseball, hey, not so silly, remember the reaction and incidents that followed when I went on T.V. Commercial Callings for Chef Boy R Dee and Ronzoni during my youth, there is the art matters but with such incidents, a " Divesture", I think about when I was asked to submit my art and athletic to the Trusts with the Treasury during my youth, at that time I was in good standing, academic was good also.

   Of course I have been subject to a very one sided story, not good. It's not all about my athletic participation, hey ask the Swiss about boxing or AAU, maybe they have some memories. The stories tellers fail to mention truths such as my fathers, father Joseph Phillip Capobianco was a City of Hartford, CT Policeman for approximately 40 years, what a devoted Public Service, not a good pay back to hurt his Grand Children. My mothers father was a Dentist who graduated from Tuft University, practiced in Brockton, MA. MY mother a dancer who was also a New York City Rockette. My father a musician who studied Harp at the Julliard School of Music, was first taught by my Great Grand Father Phillip Joseph Capobianco, his Harp was exhibited at the Hart School Museum. My mother and father both met at Radio City Music Hall. My mothers people took me to Television Commercial Calls during my young youth to such Companies as Chef Boy R Dee and Ronzoni. I then traveled to Europe and Abroad to study and create in the Arts, hey all heck broke loose, never stopped. The story tellers never told a truth about athletics, nothing true about Football either. I want to tell some of my side of the Story is why I wrote Blogs, in my Defense to very one sided stories. I do have to get word to Miramar, Florida informing them I found my Miramar Football trophies stripped of the identification decals in Southern, MA. Yes, I played Football Baseball and Soccer from 1966 through 1968 for both SWBJAA and Miramar Optimist, never found my Baseball or Football trophies either, same matter in Junior High School at Wethersfield Parks and Recreation, Public High School "D-Y", Tabor Academy and Ithaca College.
