I will be replacing my blog titled Phillip Bianco Recent Letters with my song lyrics, the song is titled these truths of mine. I was thinking back because of all the athletic motivated incidents that took place in the Communities I Lived, Worked and Traveled, NO Ithaca College would not have made the N.C.A.A. Playoffs 1979 if I did not score on DEFENSE against St. Lawrence University and Bloomsburg State College, Ithaca College would have had a record of 6 wins and 4 loses, that would not have been good enough to get a playoff bid,so, they would not have made the N.C.A.A. Playoffs.

   I did salvage part of the erased 1979 N.C.A.A. National Championship game film televised by ABC Sports. When I was in legal Effective Discovery I found the televised version of the game film at Ithaca College. Ithaca College was throwing the  in large part erased film in the garbage,so, I had approximately the last 4 minutes edited to the play where I blitz into the Wittenberg Offensive backfield and recover the fumble near the goal line to help win the football game by stopping Wittenberg from scoring the go ahead touchdown. Yes,I have been subject to decades long verbiage that the fumble recovery was I simply feel on the ball, that the fumble recovery was the only significant play I made all season and other deserving players should have made the fumble recovery play. I sent copies of the edited version to ABC Sports, U.S. Copyright Office, Ace Theater, Seattle Washington, Ace Video, Park Ave South, New York City, family and Italian Embassy, New York. I do want my family to try an contact the Cerrachi Family, Ithaca, New York because they use to televise the Ithaca College football games on their Cable Television Station in Ithaca. I was told the Elmira Newspaper might know who scrap booked the 1978, 1979 and 1980 College football season.

 Yes, I did hear a babbling blurb today. It seems to be the Police probably the New York Police who said "poor guy we were at every game", of course the Police were not at every football game. Yes, the Jeff Southmayd story is the present story that has caused much damage and even blamed for Jeff quitting the football team. Jeff did do work for the Boston Police Department who of course has strong ties to the New York Police. Because of the Wall Street Community who create one of every three jobs in Manhattan, they are involved with the Financial Communities security personnel. Yes, always remember that the New England Prep Schools students have produced a number of Political leaders and Financial  leaders. 26 Federal Plaza Community is a Facility that is aware of all the matters and they had a duty. Yes, during my youth in Bellmore, New York I was violently attacked at my house in Bellmore. Then I was an artist who began my career by going on television Calling Commercials to like Chef Boy R Dee and Ronzoni. I had spent a number of years outside of the U.S.A, two consecutive years studying as an artist, mostly painting and working with songs and theatrics.  So, the New York Police did attend a the football games as said. I looked back and see that I was given all zero's in any skilled category of play. The actions became a fraudulent and dishonest series of schemes, like playing the 1979 Ithaca vs Albany State football games where Robert Bob Firigno does score the touchdowns as the 1980 Ithaca vs Albany State football game where I score 20 points on DEFENSE and 6 points via kick return, changing the football schedules in much of the United States and severely suppressing my personal performance statistics by giving me all zero's in skilled categories of participation such as points scored, interceptions, blocked punts, fumble recoveries and quarterback sacks.. Of course the New York Police was not at every College football game I played in! Of course they are involved with the damaging Worchester Prep vs Tabor Academy story, with this whole Jeff Southmayd scheme, that he had demolished me at the line of scrimmage to win the game Worchester 6 vs. Tabor 0, that I was wearing high top cleats I did not wear high top cleats, never happened. The matter was twisted that affected my College career as a student/athlete, what happened in College is that Jeff was one of five freshman who got asked up to the Varsity to earn a spot on the football team, Jeff forgot his football helmet at the Buffalo College football scrimmage  that took place after the end of the football summer camp and I sacked the Buffalo Quarterback earning me a spot on the varsity, the Coaches thought Jeff was irresponsible, so, they sent him down to the Junior Varsity, he got angry and quite the team, the matter was twisted that it was my fault and that the Worchester Prep vs Tabor game motivated the Coaches decisions and was my fault he left the team which was very untrue and unfair to say and take actions. I scored two touchdowns, Young scored one touchdown and O'Connor scored one touchdown and Mike Ryan kicked the extra points,so, these schemes are not only  to obstruct gainful activities by going things of worth and value but to say I lied, so, it would be motivated about the testimony that took place in Bellmore about when I was attacked during my youth to say the incident did not happen and destroy testimony.
     What is proven I believe is that some type of Authority hallucinated about my participation as a student athlete including the reason they took actions not only to change much of the 1978 football schedules in much of the United States but then to publish those changed schedules at each School and College, it had to be an Authority that had the ability and capability to take such actions. Just imagine during the Ithaca College football games there were thousands of fans and spectators at the Stadium in the stands watching the games and as I ran down the football field with the football under my arm to score s touchdown they had convinced people that I did not score, hey, they could convince people of anything, that a person did this, that and the other things, yes, make up any story supported with false subject matter such as newspaper articles, coerced witnesses and statistical data. Yes, I believe it would be a hallucination by convincing people that I did not score a touchdown. I scored the most points on Defense in all of small College football and the reasons they made such changes are very psychiatric. In fact, they evade such wrongs by using psychiatrics. It had to be some type of Authority to have the ability to take such actions such as making  changes to schedules not only at the Schools and College I attended but on a Regional and National level, yes, they would have the capability to have a person attacked and arrested. I believe out of spite and resentment, a grudge seeking revenge not only for  some hard tackles and hits but because I set numerous personal performance records they had me attacked and arrested for the big record because I set big records in football, scoring most points.

   After Miramar, Florida I did play both Football and Baseball in Virginia. I was still actively involved with the arts,so, I did paint a number of paintings and sketches in Virginia also. I vaguely remember what took place but I do know that we won the football championship in Virginia then we went and played a football team in Up State New York. With respect to Baseball we did win the Little League Championship and I did get a MVP Award, we did play a Pennsylvania baseball team and won. I forget the exact details and what town in Virginia I lived in. After all the serious matters that took place about athletics and art maybe it's for the better that I forgot the name of the town I lived in for safety reasons. Maybe the Little League Organizations might know what town it was because only a few teams have won the Championship. The time of my participation must be around 1969 or 1970.

   Anyway at my blog titled "Phillip Bianco Cases" I give many examples of crediting my participation with other players and I discovered this by reviewing the Ithaca College football statistics sent to me when I was in "Effective Discovery". I was told that the crediting the other player took place when I played High School  football at Dennis Yarmouth and Prep School football at Tabor Academy. I do remember that I, Phillip Bianco was moved from starting offensive guard my number was 54 to full back for the last five football games of the season my number was 34. The last game of the season was Thanksgiving Day game I ran enough to yards for a 1,000. yard season. When I wrote to Dennis Yarmouth after my career came to a crashing end and I was in Effective Discovery to determine what my have motivated the incidents they never responded. They did send me a replacement High School Diploma because mine was stolen along with my varsity football athletic letter,. They never replaced my varsity football letter and misspelled my name on the replacement Diploma spelling my name with one L instead of two L's. When I was living and working in New York City I also had a number of burglaries and they stolen my Tabor Academy varsity football letters and other football memorabilia. Of course all the athletic schedules had been changed as to the teams we actually played, order we played the teams and scores of the games such as against Worcester Academy 1977. When I played at Tabor Academy I played part time full back for the 1976 season and full time line backer. The 1977 season because we actually played a number of College J.V. teams I played more full back and full time linebacker. I heard the other day a rebuttal to evade the wrongs that took place in small college football against me and others which was something to the effect saying "Oh, it  not Big Time Football like Harvard or Notre Dame", not cool! My response is some of the NFL best layers played in small college. That  bunch of guys who never earned the rights to use America's powerful resources did misuse those resources to attack others by destroying other players true performance histories. This changes in athletic records a story follow and in my case these destructive stories followed me to the places I worked, the communities I lived and places I traveled. It appears that somebody either misused their Trust privileges or they enemy is using a counterfeit Trust supported by probably a junk bond. Hey, I earned my Trust Note by submitted my personally earned art and athletic achievements to the Trustee's yes that could  be another motivating factor. I would like to check my personally earned interests at Copyright, Patent and Trademark. That during my youth when I was an artist,but by the way what ever happened to all my art works, anyway I bought interests in Land Titles and Property Deeds. Then their was  exploration of oil that we were successful in Colorado, Nevada and Texas. Then when I was designing jewelry we were successful in exploration of silver and gold. Yes, the matter is motivated by things of worth and value that I achieved.
