Regarding New England Prep School football 1976 and 1977  seasons, the schedules, team rosters, scores of games and order we played teams were all changed from what truly happened then published those changes at some of the schools including Tabor Academy. Same for the 1978 College football schedules, they were all changed in much of the United States then published at each School and College. Ithaca College during the 1978 football season actually played Albany State University in Albany, New York the first or second game of the season and ABC Sports regionally televised the football game. I did play some, I blocked a punt and partially blocked a second punt. During 1978 Ithaca College actually played C.W. Post College mid season, they did not play Clarion State University. Ithaca College actually played St. Lawrence University at the end of the season for the N.C.A.A. Championship playoffs. The untrue stories that evolved after changes were made from what truly happened caused incidents and  harm to career paths.  They had credited all my skilled plays such as interceptions, blocked punts, fumble recoveries and touchdowns to other players my entire College football career.  I did check the Ithaca College football statistics I was given all zero's in any skilled category of participation. Example, the 1980 Ithaca College vs Albany State University, New York  football game I scored 20 points on DEFENSE and 6 points by kick return, but my points were credited  to a Robert "Bob" Firigno the team full back. I will always remember what Coach Mike Donnelly said  when he called me and asked me to come see the game film. Coach Donelly said on a play when I was running down the field to score a  touchdown he said ,"They said I was being Bob Firigno",  and on a play when I jumped up to intercept a pass  they said, "I was being Jim Myers", who was the team wide receiver. When my Sales career came to a crashing end around 1990/91, people in New York City had come up to me and said that I must go find myself and not the other persons using football as a example, suggesting I had found Bob Firigno and Jim Myers and not myself.. The  Jeff Southmayd story that  evolved is about a guy who got angry and quit the football team and I am sure the enemy is pointing the finger at me blaming me that Jeff quit the team and left College. The Authority did and probably still does speak to Jeff Southmayd and his friends. For decades I have been subject to being attacked to profile me as the psycho street guy crime not the guy who set football records which I actually did. They had called the Schools because of a few hard tackles/hits I made in outrage, they seem to profile hard tackles with violence, the bad guy character.

   Part of a procedure to resolve such an on going matter concerning athletics is to PUBLISH some of my side of the story such as what truly did and did not happen during my athletic "football" participation.

The funny thing is my Grandfather was a Hartford Policeman for approximately 40 years, his name was Joseph Phillip Capobianco. My father a Musician shortened our name because he thought Bianco was a better sounding name for the Entertainment Industry.  My Great Grandfather was also a Musician "Harpist" who taught my father to play the Harp. At one point in history my Great Grandfathers harp was exhibited at the Hart School. During my youth I was also an artist I traveled much including overseas.

   I added a photograph of me, Phillip Bianco # 43 sacking the Cortland State College Quarterback during 1978 varsity football game I was a Freshman. I also sacked the Cortland State College Quarterback 1979. Ithaca College once had a photograph of the 1978 sack also, I got the below photograph from an online Ithacan article about the Cortaca Jug contest that is football games played between Ithaca College v Cortland State College. During the 1979 Ithaca v Cortland football game I not only sacked the quarterback but had three interceptions one I ran back for a touchdown two blocked punts one for a Safety.
   Ithaca College failed to maintain my statistical participation. I did check Ithaca College football records and the statistics for the 1980 football season I was listed with zero's in all skilled categories of play. Against Bloomsburg State College 1980 I scored a touchdown, blocked a punt and recovered a fumble from a Ithaca blocked kick and ran the ball back for a first down.  1980 against Albany State University, New York I had three interceptions and scored touchdowns on all three, I scored a Safety and returned a kickoff for a touchdown and sacked the quarterback.
    There actions are malice and  they are stealing my earned rights at Ithaca College with false and fraudulent stories and schemes. What I had discovered when records are changed from what truly happened then stories evolve the stories caused conflicts and incidents at Schools, Employment and in Community. I was blamed that Jeff Southmayd quit the football team and left College. The Jeff Southmayd story is completely false and damaging. I believe the enemy uses Jeff Southmayd story to obstruct  my interest and rights at Ithaca College.  Basically, Tabor Academy was my Prep School we played Worcester Prep School that was Jeff Southmayd school, Jeff played defensive tackle  and I played inside linebacker and fullback. The Authorities changed all the athletic schedules such as schools we played, order we played teams, scores of games and team rosters. Tabor actually won the football game. The enemy changed the score of the football game Worcester 6 v Tabor 0, which never happened. I scored two touchdowns,  Mr. Young scored and Mr. O'Connor scored, Mike Ryan kicked the extra points.  Jeff  Southmayd was one of five freshman asked up to earn a spot on the Varsity. The freshman players asked up to football summer camp was Phillip Bianco "ME", Jeff Southmayd, Dan LaNoir, Curt Johna and Jim Duncan. At the end of summer camp 1978 we scrimmage Buffalo. Jeff forgot his helmet and even asked me if he could use mine helmet, I said no I would need my helmet to play. I sacked the Buffalo Quarterback earning me a spot on the 1978 Varsity Football Team. Jeff was sent down to the Junior Varsity he got angry and quit the team. I was told he yelled at the Junior Varsity Coach Walski. Jeff was moved from defensive tackle in High SChool to nose guard in College. Then after the fall semester during the Spring Semester, Jeff asked me if he could be my room mate, I said Ok. Then, I put in for my varsity football grade credit for freshman year and mine never showed up on my school transcripts. Jeff did not play varsity football but he still put in for his varsity football grade credit. More funny business that the Authorities engineered and Ithaca College went along with.

   Regarding Ithaca College football my freshman year a few freshman were asked up to the Varsity to earn a spot on the team. The freshman were I, Phillip Bianco, Jeff Southmayd, Curt Jonah, Dan La Noir, Jimmy Duncan at the end of football summer camp we played  live scrimmage game against Buffalo. Jeff Southmayd forgot his football helmet, he did ask me if he could use mine helmet but I said I would need my helmet to play. I did get in to play and sacked the Buffalo quarterback, which earned me a spot on the Varsity football team. Please note that the 1978 College football schedules were changed as to some of the teams we played, order we played the teams and scores of the games.The coaches thought Jeff was irresponsible for forgetting his football helmet and sent him down to the Junior Varsity with Coach Walski, Jeff got angry and quit the team. The next semester Jeff who was living off campus asked me if he could move onto campus to be my room mate I said yes, he left the next semester. The first semester my Freshman Year which was 1978 my roommate was Bob Bucherri, Bob moved out and after Jeff quit the football team he then asked to be my room mate. Although he was not on the Varsity he still put in for a varsity football grade credit.  My Varsity grade credit was not recorded on my Academic School Transcript, yes, at Ithaca College varsity football players get grade credit. My response about Jeff forgetting his football helmet is that, I mean forgetting your football helmet is like an Army guy going into battle without his weapon. They twisted the story blaming me for Jeff leaving the College and Football team , to the extent they try to hold me liable, very untrue and harmful story. The truth is I broke the College football records for scoring most points on DEFENSE my freshman year. I started out the 1979 football season  where I left off my freshman year by scoring the deciding points against  1979 St. Lawrence University "8 points" and Bloomsburg State University "8 points", if I did not score against St Lawrence and Bloomsburg, Ithaca College would have lost both football games and Ithaca College final 1979 record would have been 6 wins 4 losses, so, they would not have made the N.C.A.A. Playoff's, therefore, not made it to the National Championship game. The minute I arrived at Ithaca College and Ithaca, N.Y., there was problems, I use my grade credit for Varsity football my Freshman Year as an example of another incident concerning my participation as a student/athlete.
     The Authority that made such changes to records such as the 1978 small College football schedules in the United States spoke with Jeff over the years. I do not know who the Authority is who took such actions only that they directed the changes towards me. If I knew who they were I would challenge there records appropriately. I had said if an Authority has the ability to change much of the 1978 small College football schedules in the United States from what truly happened including the order we played other teams then publish those changes at the Schools and College then they have the capability to have a person attacked and do other wrongs. I see they had targeted my personal performance statistics and severely suppressed my participation.

   So, what the whole matter boils down to I have been subject to a very one sided story that destroyed my career paths,so, I need to publish some on my side of the story with facts about my Athletic and Art achievements. Because I look back to when I was in good standing and was asked to submit to the Trustee of the then Trust,so, I followed the rules and submitted my art and athletic achievements from Miramar, Florida. I did bring the Trustee personally a large sketch of a landscape, was pretty good workmanship. What I had submitted was accepted.

   I will say it again, if you enjoy seeing great plays in football I sent a copies of a N.C.A.A. 1979 National Championship small college game football film short of Ithaca  vs. Wittenberg  to ABC Sports ,New York who televised the game, copies to Act Theater, Seattle,WA. St. Mathews School & Church, Kalispell,MT, U.S. Copyright Office, Sacramento Bee News, Mr. MacNamara, Italian Embassy, New York City and the Swiss Embassy, Washington, D.C. The football film short is of me, Phillip Bianco recovering a fumble near the goal line to help stop Wittenberg from scoring the go ahead touchdown to win the National Championship. I have been subject to the enemy saying things such as "oh, you simply fell on the ball, a play any other deserving player could have made", "the poor ball player", "never made the Varsities", "to small to slow", " only play I made all season", and "did not do much", well see the game film short and judge for yourselves, I say I took on the slot man block then stepped into the gap crossing the line of scrimmage and blitzed into the Wittenberg Offensive backfield to recover the fumble, judge for your self see the game film short. ABC Sports during my life had televised a number of Sports events I was a participant of such as Little League Baseball Championship, Boxing in my youth and College Football including the Ithaca vs Albany State 1978 football game where I block another punt, of course the enemy changed the College football schedules for the 1978 football season because we actually played Albany State the first game of the season. The Cerrachi Cable Television Company use to televised the Ithaca College home games Saturday night, the Cerrachi Family might know who has the 1978 and 1979 College game films. Also I was told the someone in Elmira scrap booked sports articles the College football season, maybe the Elmira News Paper knows who scrap books sports articles and judge for yourselves,thank you, Phillip Bianco
