As I said I heard same old blurbs, something to the effect saying, "what Little League Championship game". I began playing baseball in Miramar, Florida and I played three seasons on the Southwest Broward Junior Athletic Association Little League Baseball team, we did win Championships, although my baseball trophies were destroyed just like my football, and soccer. I was in good standing at that time, except the serious incident in Bellmore, N.Y., "Nassau County" had a effects on my career path, there was fallout. At that time some of my art did make some exhibits and I discontinued going on T.V. Commercial Callings with such Companies as Chef Boy AR Dee. I was invited up near the Washington, D. C. Community I was either in Maryland or Virginia and I was asked to do art and they asked me to play baseball and football. The Little League Baseball team won the Little League Championship, was on television, I forget which T.V. Network televised the game but I would guess either CBS or ABC, I do remember Pennsylvania had something to do with the game. After the game all heck broke loose, if they do not have record they must have pulled the record, there is a long history of changing athletic and employment records.  Perhaps the National Little League has the record, they make records of Championship games.

   I heard various blurbs, again, examples can be found based upon my athletic participation of how an Authority can change records, then stories evolve that are in most part untrue, the stories cause conflicts and incidents at Schools, Employment and in Community, hey, they could say anything about a person, they could make up anything, I mean, I was a student athlete in New England Prep School and College, so, that was the reason the Schools I attended accepted me and when the athletic schedules were changed, that leads to the changing of my personal performance records, then stories evolve, they can say anything, they can make all sorts of  stories and accusations. The stories at the Schools I attended have nothing to do with me being a student/athlete, yes, the main reason I was accepted at the Schools was  as a student/athlete. The changing of records becomes a subject matter device and a scheme of things takes place.  Again, I post the Blogs in my defense. Regarding athletic motivated incidents I send complaints to athletic Authorities such as the N.C.A.A & ECAC., in my last letter to NCAA I submitted  1978 CW Post v Ithaca football game photographs in support of my statement that we did not play the 1978 schedule listed and I also told them about my Miramar, Florida football trophies being stripped of the identification decals, other sports trophies were missing. I also challenged the athletic motivated incidents. The athletic matters are not separate isolated incidents but a series of ongoing incidents that snowballed into my employment.

    I post my Blogs in my defense an ongoing in part athletic motivated matter that caused incidents.  Again the New England Prep School Athletic schedules were changed that became a subject matter device "harmful stories evolved with the changes", then snowballed into the 1978 small College football leagues, the Ithaca College 1978 football schedules were also changed, I do post the CW Post v Ithaca College 1978 football game they said and recorded the game did not happen, with the changes all my personal performance statistics were suppressed, 1978 my Freshman year I scored touchdowns on defense against St. Lawrence University, Towson State University, Springfield College, CW Post and Alfred University, I blocked punts against Albany State University, Hobart College and CW Post College, I had additional interceptions, blocked kick, Quarterback sacks and fumble recoveries, I received all zero's after the changes in scheduling was made, harmful stories evolved, that provoked incidents in the Community and my employment.

   When changes were made in scheduling and athletic records, stories evolve, of course the stories are as untrue as the reason the athletic schedules and records were changed in New England Prep School Leagues during 1976 and 1977, small college football 1978, 1979 and 1980, yes stories evolve. Hey, the New England Prep School League produced a number of Political and Financial leaders, yes stories evolved that snowballed into my employment causing harm, then incidents occur in the Communities I lived, worked and traveled. It's not just athletic records that were changed, even employment records, yes one story leads to the next story, causes harm. If an Authority can changed such records and transmit harmful stories that lead to incidents, they could be making up many other stories, were does it stop. I say it would be combatted and deterred if some media was published of what really happened in Prep School and College Football, that what motivated other incidents. Hey, there are other Tabor Academy players that might not want to go along with the changes made in athletic records for the New England Prep School Leagues, some of the players are Mike Ryan, Scott Young, Paul O'Connor, Charles Freni,Paul Hughes, John Fish, Charlie Moynagh", they might not want to go along with the changed records and stories that evolved thereof. Same thing in 1978 small College schedules, Tucker Bradshaw was my Tabor and Ithaca College teammate, he might know some of the other players. An Authority can make up any story, if such records are not challenged and other sides of the story be told.

   Yes, I did post below at this blog some supporting evidence in the form of photographs of the 1978 Ithaca College v CW Post football game, they had recorded we did not play, it was the Politics of Sports to change all the 1978 small college Football schedules and records. The serious problems began when false and damaging stories evolve with such changes, they snowball into employment causing damage and unemployment, also causes incidents in the Community "conflicts and confrontations happen". I also left the 1979 NCAA Championship small college football game film clip "Ithaca v Wittenburg University" along my journey back from the West Coast which begins year 2008. I mailed copies of the Championship game clip that has the score board Ithaca 14 v Wittenburg 10, televised by ABC Sports "ABC Sports banner", I had returned from a knee injury, did not play much that game but made a BIG PLAY, described to be when Wittenburg was near the goal area threatens to score the go ahead touchdown, I recovered the fumble, I ran into the Wittenburg Offensive backfield to make the fumble recovery, I did not just simply fall on the ball, a suppressive story the enemy tells. I left copies of the 1979 NCAA game film short with ACT Theater, Seattle, St. Mathews School and Church, Kalispell, MT, Sacramento Bee Newspaper, I had a copy to  ABC Sports, New York City, Italian Embassy, New York City, Washington D.C. Copyright Office, if you like to see very good football play and determine if I just fell on the ball or  if I ran into the Wittenburg Offensive backfield to make the fumble recovery, judge for yourselves! I believe I reconstruct enough of what really happened  in small college football with authentic and true subject matter evidence, to shed doubt on the Authorities stories and challenge their records, they call Official records, the records are a subject matter device in fraudulent schemes, that caused harm and damage. Example before they changed the 1978 small College records "schedules", I had broken the NCAA defensive scoring record and a number of Ithaca College records, I scored touchdowns on DEFENSE, not the same category as OFFENSE, I scored defensive touchdowns during the 1978 Official small College Varsity football against St Lawrence University, Springfield College, CW Post, Towson State University and Alfred University, my blocked punts 1978 were Albany State University "televised Regionally by ABC Sports", Hobart College and CW Post University, of course I   had   additional   pass interceptions, fumble recoveries and Quarterback sacks, I thought for a Freshman I had a very good season. Lets ask footballers with expertise what they think!

  The last thing I heard for the reason my participation was credited to other players was to prevent favoritism, which is untrue. I do post some supporting photo's and subject matter below at this Blog. I began my Freshman year playing part time, proved myself then became a starting player who still split time with other players, silly and childish response by the Authorities, they accomplish the matter in large part using quackery, yes a quack. Again as a result of them changing records not only destroyed my College career but then was used as a subject matter device that snowballed into my employment causing unemployment. Any other responses the Authorities have because I do want the NCAA to hear such a responses. When I had to reconstruct my employment history using Legal Case, I did some research about legal reasons a National & Unusual Official College Varsity athletic achievement would have to be recorded, I had found something to the effect that National and Unusual athletic achievements in College Varsity must be preserved, I am not sure if it was a Federal Law or a National Act, maybe the Supreme Court might know.

   I did get a derogatory response after my last message I posted at this Blog. To explain myself about the Politics of Sports, College Football in part was organized by the Legislative Branch. Small College football was put in the Capitol City of Albany, New York, Major College Football was put in the Capitol City of Madison, Wisconsin. Again, I did play my last game in Albany, New York during the 1980 season. My plan was based upon my participation was being credited to other players, "there is no legal reason, that would be some persons mental problem that caused me impairments", my plan was to leave the next great game I played, which I did against Albany State University 1980, we played in Albany, New York. I left the team with very good reason both  knee injury, "I did not want to sacrifice my future walking ability", and Politics of Sports, yes based upon Legislative behavior. The truth is the 1980 Ithaca v Albany Varsity football game I scored 20 points on DEFENSE and 6 points on kick return, they credited my participation to Robert "Bob" Firigno the Ithaca team fullback, using quackery they support the fraudulent schemes. I did not want to hear there derogatory blurbs but I will tell the NCAA they said the NCAA can not do shit about such an athletic matter!
