Today I scanned onto disk the NCAA Division 3 Football Championship record I found at NCAA website. The printer will not print out the NCAA logo but it truly is the record NCAA has on their Web Page. If you have fairly good vision you can see the 1979 Ithaca College v Wittenberg State University is recorded incorrectly as 31 v. 28 but the true score is Ithaca 14 v. Wittenberg 10. The problem is the destructive stories that evolve and directed at me. It's believed the score of the Championship game was intentionally changed. I did inform the NCAA. I can hear the story now, yes, it probably sounds like the following; " Ithaca was an Offensive Power House and if it was not for the Offense they would have lost the game and THAT BIANCO did not make the Big Play but Wittenberg scored 28 points and almost cost Ithaca the win". The enemy probably say's Wittenberg College scored the 28 points specifically against me. The truth is I did not play that much that game due to recovering from a knee injury, that game the DEFENSE forced Wittenberg to turn over the ball 4 times. The other true fact is during the 1979 season I scored a touchdown against Bloomsburg State University and a touchdown against St. Lawrence University, Mat Riley scored a touchdown against Springfield College, now if ME and Mat did not score Ithaca College would not have won the football games, Ithaca would not made the NCAA Playoffs and therefore not made it to the Championship game. HOW TO COMBAT such an injustice and destructive story that becomes a device, a tool to be used in a fraudulent and dishonest scheme is to PUBLISH TRUTH about the games including schedule, rosters, scores of games and players actual statistical performance. That's what I need to do tell some of MY SIDE OF THE STORY. Yes, I can hear them now; "Oh that BIANCO the only thing he has BIG is a psycho street crime guy record not football". The game film short I sent to ABC Sports, N.Y., ACT THEATER, Seattle, St. Mathews School & Church, Kalispell, MT and Sacrament Bee News does show the scoreboard and time left in Championship game, get a copy and judge for yourself. ABC Sports did televise the game, it's shows the scoreboard.  On 9/30/13  Jeff Southmayd sent his bother a phony series of football game film clips of the 1977 Tabor v Worcester football game, what I mean is phony the score was not Worchester 6 vs. Tabor 0 never happened, I believe the Official Worchester vs Tabor game was played at the end of the 1977 Tabor season, the football schedules were also changed, the first game against Worchester Prep 1977 was a scrimmage game did not count, yes a practice game, first 1977 teams did not have color film, secondly they shoot the film of the game from the side lines not the end zone, thirdly none of the starting players on the Tabor team are  on the field and I played inside linebacker and full back, it's all phony, need a whole or at a large part of a Official game film to make judgment and evaluate and a players actual statistical performance, so, I say the intention is phony. I know that we did not play the schedule that was listed or in the order they had listed the teams we played. Tabor played a number of College J.V. teams like U-Mass, B.U., Middlebury and Williams and I know that the score of the Worcester v Tabor game was not Worcester 6 v Tabor 0. This phony New England Prep School League story snowballed , a mushroom effect into my College football career intruding upon my academics, directed by quackery and I am sure the enemy's family run Courts. Then it snowballed into my employment career. Therefore, what I am going to say because of all the phony subject matter, phony intentions of subject matter and what such a phony football story caused me "ALL BAD" is that I played on the A TEAM and they must be on the B TEAM. I can see that the starting players are not in the game at there designated positions, example I played a lot of Fullback during the 1977 seaosn and those familiar numbers are in in their designated position, maybe Tabor had a B Team or something because I do not believe that is the actual game I played in, if so the intentions are not good based upon Jeff and his friends recent emails and phone calls over the years but to make judgment and evaluate a player you would need the players statistics and whole or a large part of a Official game film. The intentions are about a story that is phony and harmful. The film clips appear to be  made from a hand held camera. Based upon the fact that the schedules were changed I will say that they must have had doubles of Tabor players that made up a B Team, I played on the A Team and most definitely would have been in at Full Back based upon my actual 1977 season performance. I did set single game rushing records as a Full Back against the College J.V. teams such as University of Massachusetts J.V, Boston University J.V., Williams College J.V. and Middlebury College J.V. those are the teams we truly played. The Tabor A Team played Worcester last game of the season, I scored 2 TD's, Young scored TD and O'Connor scored TD Ryan kicked the extra points, Worcester did not score a TD. It's a Tabor and Prep School secret about the truth of the Sports Leagues 1976 and 1977.Between Public High and Prep School I had over 3,000 career yards, their statistics are way off just like College. College had all zero's listed in an skilled category of play. Today 10/17/13 it appears one of Jeff Southmayd followers started sending me his nude photo's from Play Girl. I checked evidently he also sponsors Adonis Male the gay man's pornographic web site. He started again  about the untrue Worcester v Tabor game football story that he kicked asses. The truth is who he is, is angry about not making the Ithaca College varsity football team and the enemy points the finger at me. Ithaca College has to review the matter, I hear the same story that I played Jeff's spot on the team but I played Roverback he was a tackle they moved to Nose Guard. The enemy caused me a lot of trouble about my athletic participation. Maybe the FBI has something to add to the story. The enemy I believe is sending antagonizing emails to me daily but Jeff has knowledge I also believe. Finally I wrote a letter to Washington D.C. FBI, maybe they have something to add to the story. It seems Jeff friends in New York who are BIG MOUTHS today 10/19/13 sending me similar emails about Jeff kicking ass, that he kicked Tabor ass. The enemy is corrupt Law Enforcement who support and sponsor the phony story. Who is the enemy? Yes, the Police and those they associate with do support such wrongful stories.. Ithaca and athletic authorizes had a duty and telling this Jeff Southmayd  story for many years now, then for years it was Robert Bob Firigno story, the list goes on and on, they should have corrected the story tellers. On 10/20/13  Jeff Southmayd continues sending me emails many emails. Today he sends his brother an email saying I should get medical help, after the horrible things he and his friends  has done for years.  This whole Jeff Southmayd story keeps following me into Communities I live, work and travel, it re-begins just over a year ago. Jeff and his friends starting send me profane emails and photo's. Making derogatory statements about the Worcester v Tabor football game that I was the guy he demolished at the line of scrimmage wearing high top cleats to stop me from scoring to win the game. First, I did not wear high top cleats I wore low cut cleats. Secondly, if Jeff's demolition play did happen against me he would have included it in his football game clips I am sure.  For years it was the Robert Bob Firigno story I was attacked with, yes, Ithaca College and the Athletic Community had a duty. Like I had a duty to inform the NCAA about the incorrect score of the 1979 Championship game which I did as I post the letter below. Yes, today 10/22/13 I got another email from Jeff Southmayd and friends "an Authority possibly in Washington, D.C. maybe a Court" saying cease and desist from making false statements about me on your blog that he will file State and Federal charges. Yes, Jeff and Friends keep sending me emails, this matter with Jeff Southmayd is ongoing re-begins with Facebook and then he called the Pastor Dave at the Church I attend. At about 4:15 pm I got another email from Jeff Southmayd, it must be a follower of Jeff, someone he met concerning his nude photo's. The email Subject Titled said Worcester Academy football star Southmayd #63. They do this full time all the time, it's work some Office pays them, it's been going on for decades if they do not use Jeff they used other player's such as Robert Bob Firigno the Ithaca team full back for a long time, the list goes on as you back track. Today 10/24/13 Jeff Southmayd said someone hacked into his email account and sent emails to me and other people. Hey, I am more than confused by now?????Yesterday, 10/28/13 I had to call the Police to make a report about vandals that broke into my place then took paint and painted the outside of the house which is red brick, what a mess but yes this Jeff Southmayd story once again leads the way. I will have to write to the Schools and NCAA. Today 11/2/13 I checked out the security lights I had installed at my other place and cleaned up the paint mess. Of course the enemy uses this Jeff Southmayd story in the decades long attacks, it's a similar pattern each time, they seem to have much Political influence over those who can use powerful resources to attack, again I must find a way to tell some of my side of the story, it's been very one sided. 11/4/13  What I have learned is America enjoys telling, writing and hearing stories. In fact America's Banking Community in large part banks on story telling. So, who ever did not go along with the enemy's  very one sided story should find the MONEY and buy a story into Media, something that can be truthfully banked on.11/5/13 These incidents have happen so many times since my youth I believe MONEY or something of worth or value is involved. Yes, MONEY is probably the motivating factor. I created the BLOGS to DEFEND myself against decades long of attacks. 11/8/13 Finally in order to judge a player properly you must have the players actual and complete personal performance statistic's and a official game film then you would go to a game to see the player perform. So, I would submit my actual full back rushing including catches at tight end, I also played some offensive guard and on defense I played inside linebacker, so, I would submit a few of the College J.V. football game films the Tabor A team truly played  but this destructive football story has been going on for decades and destroyed my career paths,  caused harm to me & my family well being including damage to property and interests.  Destroyed documents and photographs, scavenged through my scrap book and destroyed all my trophies the list goes on. What I have learned is that the Banking schemes are divesting "removing goodness and holiness, those interests are listed as part of what is called THE STORE. In Southern Massachusetts they have Bridgewater State Mental Institution for criminally insane and Taunton State Hospital, they act out this taunting attacks and Ithaca has the Haunt, they act out haunting attacks, so, it's quackery. They based their actions is that I was being the other persons spot so it should be divested, they use their psychiatry "quackery" comes into play. Today is Veterans Day so happy Veterans Day, first and foremost during my youth when I was in the arts I spent two consecutive years outside the United States, so, of course the enemy tells .a completely opposite story. NO I WAS NOT IN THE U.S.A. Today is 11/22/13 again regarding the football story is during 1978 the freshman who got asked up to football summer camp to earn a spot on the Ithaca College Varsity was, Phillip Bianco "ME", Jeff Southmayd who got angry and quit, Curt Johna, Jim Duncan and Dan La Noir. I earned my spot on the Varsity as a rover back by sacking the Buffalo quarterback during a scrimmage game. I was blamed for Jeff leaving the Ithaca team and College, not true he quit after he was sent down the Junior Varsity for forgetting his football helmet at the Buffalo scrimmage football game, played in Buffalo. Today 11/23/13 I thought about how many times I have been violently attacked then the attackers call the Police, I do post some evidence at my other Blog titled "Phillip Bianco Attacked and Arrested", medical records of a stab wound and head laceration, I had been stabbed a number of times, this seems to be the pattern a process to profile me, yes the enemy always seems to find an actor with the actor is aware of it o not. In my DEFENSE not only do I need to PUBLISH some of my side of the story but maybe a software person can write a program of my actual football performance, then activate the program, I mean hey I truly scored a lot of points on DEFENSE.11/24/13 After further thought I still believe those who do not agree with the very one sided story that I, Phillip Bianco is plagued with is to COMBAT BY PRINTING in a newspaper  some of my side of the story, including my actual personal performance statistics and the actual football schedule I played because I did not play the same schedule they said they played. 11/24/13 Sunday night 6:47 pm, my side of the story about matters and how the story evolved after I did play football for about 5 seasons I finally played my Senior Year at Dennis Yarmouth High 1975. I played 5 games at offensive guard then five game at full back. I set single game rushing and scoring records both school, league and State. I did find my Miramar Florida football trophies stripped of their identification decals in Hyannis.  Dennis Yarmouth High School never responded about football after all heck broke loose. Maybe they know what school we played that caused so much trouble.What in part caused me to sit out was during my freshman year some one, some how broke in over the school loud speaker saying "Phillip Bianco report to the men's shelter", hey I became ill from that stuff and left school for about 30 days I went to my Grandfathers house in Wethersfield Connecticut. Of course when I played at Dennis Yarmouth I truly did not live an athletes life style, example my diet was limited I was like on food rations. 11/24/13 Sunday night 10:00 pm   It all began way back in the 1960's I was young and going on Television Commercial Callings to Ronzoni and Chef Boy R Dee then all heck broke loose. Someone should get a photograph of me doing the T.V. Commercial screening use it as part of the story, let's find the photo then call one of the newspapers with such a story, got to find a defense.  12/5/13 10:05 pm, These stories that evolve when records are changed and histories are created is not just to start a bunch of crap, it's a pattern, a scheme that's not only destructive but caused the loss of interests. In College I scored on DEFENSE, that is a separate category from Offensive scoring, although I scored one touchdown via kick return.12/8/13 Again, people should be aware that the enemy play's the 1979 Ithaca v Albany where Robert Bob Firigno does score the TD as the Ithaca v Albany 1980 football game where I actually score 20 points on DFENSE and 6 points via kick return. What a scheme!!! 12/9/13 What should first be done is to use a mathematician to reconstruct the 1976 and 1977 New England Prep School football schedules at Tabor Academy, then speak with some of the football players such as Mike Ryan, O'Connor, Young, Porter, John Fish and Matt Fee. Maybe actual personal performance statistics could also be reconstructed, same process for the 1978 College football schedules, then publish in a newspaper those facts, if a person did not go along with such matters then that's the action to take. 12/9/13 12:51 pm  After some thought I think someone should spend sometime in search of the Official game film, they would be worth a lot of money by people who do have my art work. In fact based upon the falsehood of the stories the game films would prove truth, therefore, that along they would have good value/worth. Maybe someone should play the actual Worcester v Tabor game on television or one of the College J.V. teams Tabor played. In fact what about locating and playing the actual Ithaca College v Albany 1980 football game on a television station, that might be interesting. 12/10/13 I also need to get word to Europe because I did paint there during my youth, maybe they could publish a painting. 12/28/13 Back to the very disgruntle guys who are the enemy uses actors. I was asked what specifically? I must have said dozens of specific instances but the Robert "Bob" Firgino Ithaca College team full back, the story went on for years, how that schemes works is that the enemy plays the 1979 Ithaca v Albany football  game film and statistics where Bob does score the touchdowns but play it as 1980 Ithaca v Albany State University game film and statistics  where I score 20 points on DEFENSE and 6 points kick return, since I have been a kid they talked up a bunch of crap with this story that has many twists and turns. 12/30/13 Then I heard something did happen in football as I said but it was because the spot I played was pre-made and not for me to play, for another person, it seems that is the final say, so, I say BULLCRAP. 12/31/13 I wrote my Blogs and posted documents, articles and photographs in my DEFENSE, to many one sided stories that caused incidents. I believe I post enough documents, articles and photographs to support many of the things I say. During my youth back in the mid to early 1960's and early 1970's I submitted some of my works to Copyright, Patent and Trademark Office,so, they might have more supporting subject matter.

Today I mailed the Sports articles to NCAA about correct score of Championship game. Funny thing is my  Grand Father was a City of Hartford, CT Policeman for approximately 40 years. My mothers father was a Dentist who graduated from Tufts. My Great Grandfather taught my father to play harp, my father studied Harp at Julliard School. My Mother was a dancer and New York City Rockette. The enemy hallucinated and I need to PUBLISH some of my side of the Football Story. During my youth I was an Artist started by going on T.V. Commercial Callings with my mothers people.

Today I checked N.C.A.A. records. The N.C.A.A. recorded the wrong score for the 1979 Ithaca v Wittenberg game. They have recorded Ithaca 31 v Wittenberg 28 but the score was 14 v 10. I am sure some phony story evolves like " if it was not for the Offense Ithaca would have lost the game because they were a Offensive Powerhouse" but the truth is the Offense scored only 2 touchdowns and the Defense came up with some big plays. The defense held hem to only 10 points. I am sure it's a story behind the incorrect score that's destructive. I checked N.C.A.A. Division 3 football championship, they should get it right.

     Only an enemy  would take such actions as changing football records such as the 1978 small College football schedules in much of the United States from what actually happened, I say in part motivated because I set a scoring record on Defense for most points I scored 30 points during the 1978 football season, the teams I scored against in College at Ithaca was St. Lawrence University, Towson State University, Springfield College, Alfred University and CW Post College, they gave me all zeros in points scored category.  After records are changed as to what did happen with football events and on the football field then stories evolve, the stories caused incidents and conflicts at Schools, Employment and in Community. Some type of Authority informed Community using various forms of communication the football stories that never happened into the Communities I lived, worked and traveled that caused incidents. I need to publish some of my side of the story.  During my life time ABC Sports had televised a number of sporting events I participated in such as The 1978 Ithaca College vs Albany Sate University football game, where I did block a punt I was a Freshman and the 1979 NCAA National Championship football game between Ithaca vs Wittenberg State University, Ithaca won 14 vs 10, I made a fumble recovery near the goal area to help win the game and boxing including when I boxed on Team Switzerland.The Championship game was Wittenberg State University v. Ithaca College in Phoenix City, Alabama, yes, I did recover a fumble near the goal line to help win the game. I guess it was CBS who televised the Little League Championship game I played on, I guess I was in Maryland, but the National Little League Office would know if I played on a Maryland team or Virginia team, I am not sure. A truth is, if I did not score touchdowns on DEFENSE against St Lawrence and Bloomsburgh College 1979 Ithaca would have lost the games and not made the N.C.A.A. Playoff's, therefore not made it to the Championship game. The games films are out there maybe Cerrachi Family might know because they use to televise the home games on cable Saturday night. I mailed copies of the National Championship game film short to ABC Sports, N.Y, Italian Embassy, N.Y. , Act Theater, Seattle, St. Mathews School and Church, Kalispell, MT and Sacramento Bee News, judge for yourselves.    Again, I will say that when I was in legal Effective Discovery I discovered Ithaca College had a partially erased  ABC Sports televised version of the 1979 N.C.A.A. National Championship football game Ithaca College v. Wittenberg State University. I salvage about the last 4 minutes of the game film where Wittenberg is near the goal area about to score the go ahead touchdown and I recover the fumble in their Offensive backfield. I was playing roverback I was lined up on the Wittenberg      slot- man. I took on the block and blitzed into the backfield to recover the fumble. I sent copies of the football game film short to ABC Sports, New York City, Sacramento Bee Newspaper, Act Theater, Seattle, WA, St. Mathews School and Church, Kalispell, MT, Italian Embassy, NYC. Get a copy and judge for yourself. Ask yourselves do I simply fall on the ball a play or I just got lucky as the enemy keeps saying for decades. Yes, get a copy of the game film short and judge for yourself. The 1979 NCAA football game film short that I salvaged and had edited proved to be important because some Authority changed the score of the game years later, the game film short shows the Scoreboard and has the ABC Sports banner.

   Regarding the recently posted photograph of me sacking the Cortland State University quarterback during the Ithaca vs Cortland 1978 varsity football game. It appears the only evidence Ithaca College recorded of me playing football was two photographs the Sports Information Department had of me about to sack the Cortland State University quarterback 1978 and 1979. The 1978 photograph was published by the Ithacan Newspaper a school newspaper about the football contest every year between Ithaca College and Cortland State University, they play for the Cortaca Jug trophy.

   Regarding New England Prep School football 1976 and 1977  seasons, the schedules, team rosters, scores of games and order we played teams were all changed from what truly happened then published those changes at some of the schools including Tabor Academy. Same for the 1978 College football schedules, they were all changed in much of the United States then published at each School and College. Ithaca College during the 1978 football season actually played Albany State University in Albany, New York the first or second game of the season and ABC Sports regionally televised the football game. I did play some, I blocked a punt and partially blocked a second punt. During 1978 Ithaca College actually played C.W. Post College mid season, they did not play Clarion State University. Ithaca College actually played St. Lawrence University at the end of the season for the N.C.A.A. Championship playoffs. The untrue stories that evolved after changes were made from what truly happened caused incidents and  harm to career paths.  They had credited all my skilled plays such as interceptions, blocked punts, fumble recoveries and touchdowns to other players my entire College football career.  I did check the Ithaca College football statistics I was given all zero's in any skilled category of participation. Example, the 1980 Ithaca College vs Albany State University, New York  football game I scored 20 points on DEFENSE and 6 points by kick return, but my points were credited  to a Robert "Bob" Firigno the team full back. I will always remember what Coach Mike Donnelly said  when he called me and asked me to come see the game film. Coach Donelly said on a play when I was running down the field to score a  touchdown he said ,"They said I was being Bob Firigno",  and on a play when I jumped up to intercept a pass  they said, "I was being Jim Myers", who was the team wide receiver. When my Sales career came to a crashing end around 1990/91, people in New York City had come up to me and said that I must go find myself and not the other persons using football as a example, suggesting I had found Bob Firigno and Jim Myers and not myself.. The  Jeff Southmayd story that  evolved is about a guy who got angry and quit the football team and I am sure the enemy is pointing the finger at me blaming me that Jeff quit the team and left College. The Authority did and probably still does speak to Jeff Southmayd and his friends. For decades I have been subject to being attacked to profile me as the psycho street guy crime not the guy who set football records which I actually did. They had called the Schools because of a few hard tackles/hits I made in outrage, they seem to profile hard tackles with violence, the bad guy character.

   Part of a procedure to resolve such an on going matter concerning athletics is to PUBLISH some of my side of the story such as what truly did and did not happen during my athletic "football" participation.

The funny thing is my Grandfather was a Hartford Policeman for approximately 40 years, his name was Joseph Phillip Capobianco. My father a Musician shortened our name because he thought Bianco was a better sounding name for the Entertainment Industry.  My Great Grandfather was also a Musician "Harpist" who taught my father to play the Harp. At one point in history my Great Grandfathers harp was exhibited at the Hart School. During my youth I was also an artist I traveled much including overseas.

   I added a photograph of me, Phillip Bianco # 43 sacking the Cortland State College Quarterback during 1978 varsity football game I was a Freshman. I also sacked the Cortland State College Quarterback 1979. Ithaca College once had a photograph of the 1978 sack also, I got the below photograph from an online Ithacan article about the Cortaca Jug contest that is football games played between Ithaca College v Cortland State College. During the 1979 Ithaca v Cortland football game I not only sacked the quarterback but had three interceptions one I ran back for a touchdown two blocked punts one for a Safety.
   Ithaca College failed to maintain my statistical participation. I did check Ithaca College football records and the statistics for the 1980 football season I was listed with zero's in all skilled categories of play. Against Bloomsburg State College 1980 I scored a touchdown, blocked a punt and recovered a fumble from a Ithaca blocked kick and ran the ball back for a first down.  1980 against Albany State University, New York I had three interceptions and scored touchdowns on all three, I scored a Safety and returned a kickoff for a touchdown and sacked the quarterback.
    There actions are malice and  they are stealing my earned rights at Ithaca College with false and fraudulent stories and schemes. What I had discovered when records are changed from what truly happened then stories evolve the stories caused conflicts and incidents at Schools, Employment and in Community. I was blamed that Jeff Southmayd quit the football team and left College. The Jeff Southmayd story is completely false and damaging. I believe the enemy uses Jeff Southmayd story to obstruct  my interest and rights at Ithaca College.  Basically, Tabor Academy was my Prep School we played Worcester Prep School that was Jeff Southmayd school, Jeff played defensive tackle  and I played inside linebacker and fullback. The Authorities changed all the athletic schedules such as schools we played, order we played teams, scores of games and team rosters. Tabor actually won the football game. The enemy changed the score of the football game Worcester 6 v Tabor 0, which never happened. I scored two touchdowns,  Mr. Young scored and Mr. O'Connor scored, Mike Ryan kicked the extra points.  Jeff  Southmayd was one of five freshman asked up to earn a spot on the Varsity. The freshman players asked up to football summer camp was Phillip Bianco "ME", Jeff Southmayd, Dan LaNoir, Curt Johna and Jim Duncan. At the end of summer camp 1978 we scrimmage Buffalo. Jeff forgot his helmet and even asked me if he could use mine helmet, I said no I would need my helmet to play. I sacked the Buffalo Quarterback earning me a spot on the 1978 Varsity Football Team. Jeff was sent down to the Junior Varsity he got angry and quit the team. I was told he yelled at the Junior Varsity Coach Walski. Jeff was moved from defensive tackle in High SChool to nose guard in College. Then after the fall semester during the Spring Semester, Jeff asked me if he could be my room mate, I said Ok. Then, I put in for my varsity football grade credit for freshman year and mine never showed up on my school transcripts. Jeff did not play varsity football but he still put in for his varsity football grade credit. More funny business that the Authorities engineered and Ithaca College went along with.

   Regarding Ithaca College football my freshman year a few freshman were asked up to the Varsity to earn a spot on the team. The freshman were I, Phillip Bianco, Jeff Southmayd, Curt Jonah, Dan La Noir, Jimmy Duncan at the end of football summer camp we played  live scrimmage game against Buffalo. Jeff Southmayd forgot his football helmet, he did ask me if he could use mine helmet but I said I would need my helmet to play. I did get in to play and sacked the Buffalo quarterback, which earned me a spot on the Varsity football team. Please note that the 1978 College football schedules were changed as to some of the teams we played, order we played the teams and scores of the games.The coaches thought Jeff was irresponsible for forgetting his football helmet and sent him down to the Junior Varsity with Coach Walski, Jeff got angry and quit the team. The next semester Jeff who was living off campus asked me if he could move onto campus to be my room mate I said yes, he left the next semester. The first semester my Freshman Year which was 1978 my roommate was Bob Bucherri, Bob moved out and after Jeff quit the football team he then asked to be my room mate. Although he was not on the Varsity he still put in for a varsity football grade credit.  My Varsity grade credit was not recorded on my Academic School Transcript, yes, at Ithaca College varsity football players get grade credit. My response about Jeff forgetting his football helmet is that, I mean forgetting your football helmet is like an Army guy going into battle without his weapon. They twisted the story blaming me for Jeff leaving the College and Football team , to the extent they try to hold me liable, very untrue and harmful story. The truth is I broke the College football records for scoring most points on DEFENSE my freshman year. I started out the 1979 football season  where I left off my freshman year by scoring the deciding points against  1979 St. Lawrence University "8 points" and Bloomsburg State University "8 points", if I did not score against St Lawrence and Bloomsburg, Ithaca College would have lost both football games and Ithaca College final 1979 record would have been 6 wins 4 losses, so, they would not have made the N.C.A.A. Playoff's, therefore, not made it to the National Championship game. The minute I arrived at Ithaca College and Ithaca, N.Y., there was problems, I use my grade credit for Varsity football my Freshman Year as an example of another incident concerning my participation as a student/athlete.
     The Authority that made such changes to records such as the 1978 small College football schedules in the United States spoke with Jeff over the years. I do not know who the Authority is who took such actions only that they directed the changes towards me. If I knew who they were I would challenge there records appropriately. I had said if an Authority has the ability to change much of the 1978 small College football schedules in the United States from what truly happened including the order we played other teams then publish those changes at the Schools and College then they have the capability to have a person attacked and do other wrongs. I see they had targeted my personal performance statistics and severely suppressed my participation.

   So, what the whole matter boils down to I have been subject to a very one sided story that destroyed my career paths,so, I need to publish some on my side of the story with facts about my Athletic and Art achievements. Because I look back to when I was in good standing and was asked to submit to the Trustee of the then Trust,so, I followed the rules and submitted my art and athletic achievements from Miramar, Florida. I did bring the Trustee personally a large sketch of a landscape, was pretty good workmanship. What I had submitted was accepted.

   I will say it again, if you enjoy seeing great plays in football I sent a copies of a N.C.A.A. 1979 National Championship small college game football film short of Ithaca  vs. Wittenberg  to ABC Sports ,New York who televised the game, copies to Act Theater, Seattle,WA. St. Mathews School & Church, Kalispell,MT, U.S. Copyright Office, Sacramento Bee News, Mr. MacNamara, Italian Embassy, New York City and the Swiss Embassy, Washington, D.C. The football film short is of me, Phillip Bianco recovering a fumble near the goal line to help stop Wittenberg from scoring the go ahead touchdown to win the National Championship. I have been subject to the enemy saying things such as "oh, you simply fell on the ball, a play any other deserving player could have made", "the poor ball player", "never made the Varsities", "to small to slow", " only play I made all season", and "did not do much", well see the game film short and judge for yourselves, I say I took on the slot man block then stepped into the gap crossing the line of scrimmage and blitzed into the Wittenberg Offensive backfield to recover the fumble, judge for your self see the game film short. ABC Sports during my life had televised a number of Sports events I was a participant of such as Little League Baseball Championship, Boxing in my youth and College Football including the Ithaca vs Albany State 1978 football game where I block another punt, of course the enemy changed the College football schedules for the 1978 football season because we actually played Albany State the first game of the season. The Cerrachi Cable Television Company use to televised the Ithaca College home games Saturday night, the Cerrachi Family might know who has the 1978 and 1979 College game films. Also I was told the someone in Elmira scrap booked sports articles the College football season, maybe the Elmira News Paper knows who scrap books sports articles and judge for yourselves,thank you, Phillip Bianco

   Anyway I first came to Pittsburgh as a young artist way back in the 1960's and early 1970's. I had been in Europe for sometime studying and creating in the arts, I had made a few art exhibitions, I thought that was good fro my age. Anyway all heck broke loose about some of my art forms and I had to discontinue as a young artist but today I have re-begun studying and creating art, yes many decades later. My legal residence was in Miramar, Florida and from Miramar, Florida I was asked to come to Virginia because they invited me to paint with some of the artists.When I was in either Maryland or Virginia they asked me to play Little League Baseball and Football our teams won the Championship. The National Little League might have record. The Baseball team then played in Pennsylvania.

   I was conversing with a Facebook friend named Jeff Freaseau, we went to high school together, and wanted him to talk to a John Fallon who began body building after I left Public High School, he did come and pick me up at Tabor Academy once and brought me to Yarmouth where my mother lived. I think Brian Grebin who played Junior Varsity nose guard at Ithaca College was also body building might know John Fallon, Jeff Southmayd who was sent down to the Junior Varsity also played nose guard at Ithaca both Brian and Jeff lived in Foxboro and Boston, Massachusetts,  could this be more hard feelings?

I did hear from some former Dennis Yarmouth students, they did not know what to say about such matters. Again, around 1993/94 I began checking back with the Schools I attended in part to replace Diplomas and school related documents including athletic records that were lost or should I say taken from my possession during matters when I was living and working in New York City. I do post my Dennis Yarmouth football photograph taken during 1975 my Senior Year at Dennis Yarmouth High also an Football participation award that should read All League or All Team not All Star, yes another incidents as to why my award read All Star not All League but I did go on to be successful on other football teams such as Tabor Academy and Ithaca College. A former Dennis Yarmouth school mate I did chat with at Facebook was Jeff Freaseau we were both Class of 1976 at Dennis Yarmouth High.

 The following is a conversation with a Facebook friend who I was friendly with in High School his name is Jeff Freaseau;  "Jeff so I know that Scoot Kapit went to Business School. He started a number of fights including on the football field and was disgruntle about football also. I heard a lot of the sounds from Cape Cod over the years about skills. I heard babbling when I was an artist and my art did sell at the time and then when I was a salesman and Marketing person that what I did for work was not a skill, I heard all sorts of resentful bull coming from the Blue Collar Community. I am sure that Blue Collar workers take pride in the craft but their babbling and the Scoot Kapit business school story did not cause trouble. I have heard the one side story from the Police and their Court who understand Blue Collar Crime, yes Police Science 101, for example we all know that if you see a guy with a guy saying stickem up, hey that a robbery, everybody knows that, but its' Police Science 201, the Cop and his Court not only failed but participated in. For example suppressed Official College Football statistics and school grades is a form of forgery the Blue Collar Community fails to understand that, they see it simple as not giving a person credit fro their participation, which is not true. Do you know where Scott Kapit is? Maybe when you speak to John Fallon about Brian Grebin and Jeff Southmayd both of Ithaca College junior varsity football he might be able to tell you, let me know,take care, Phillip".

Last night I made Chicken Nuggets with Carrots and Macaroni & Cheese with a salad "Vinaigrette Dressing" and Tea. I watched Dancing with the Stars the show as good. I started reading a new book about songwriting, yes, I will finish the song lyrics I started writing that are listed at my blog, "Phillip Bianco Song Lyrics". I was thinking about the wrongful actors that were used in the incidents that took place and hey somewhere along the line there is relationships. I was chatting with my Facebook friend Jeff. Freaseau that was a Dennis Yarmouth High School pal. I asked him to try and speak to a John Fallon who came to Tabor one weekend and picked me up- and brought me to my mothers residence when she lived in Yarmouth. I had a nice weekend. She told me they said throw letters from Colleges away that were interested in me playing football. THEY hey that what Coach Donnelly at Ithaca College said when I was running down the field to score a touchdown he said they said, " I was being Robert Bob Firrigno the team full back" then on a play where I jumped up to intercept a pass I was being Jim Myers the team wide receiver", years later they used football as an example that I must go find myself and not somebody else, sound like quackery to me. But John Fallon had go involved with Body Building after I had left Dennis Yarmouth High, so he might know a guy who played on the Ithaca college Junior Varsity team named Brain Grebin he got injured. Brain was from Massachusetts and did know Jeff Southmayd who had been calling me about the Worcester Prep School vs. Tabor Prep football game over the years not a true story of course but very resentful, spiteful and poor sportsmanship, and he seems to call around the time things get hot with Government and Police like recently in Pittsburgh. Jeff Southmayd was also from Massachusetts,he was sent down to the Ithaca junior varsity after the Buffalo scrimmage for forgetting his football helmet then got angry and quit the team Jeff Southmayd and Brian Grebin both played defensive nose guard. So, using Jeff Southmayd identity this story about U-Mass football, that he transferred to U-Mass from Ithaca. of course when I played at Ithaca they played ranked small college teams in both Division 2 and 3. The email messages I was getting went on about football, he mentioned how strong he was,so, that leads me to the body builder type of guys. When I lived in Rockaway beach Queens Jeff had called me telling me that he got a A grade credit at Ithaca College for varsity football as a freshman 1978, my grade credit did not show up on my transcripts. I did send a complaint to the N.C.A.A. One Ithaca College student who came to stay with me a few days when I was working at Lambart Computing and living at 348 East 89th Street, New York City was Chip Strike the he went to stay with David Swanson a pal from Ithaca College. These relationships who brings them all together, like who ties them. But I heard and have been called every name in the book from the "Poor Ball Player millions of times", "I did not make the Varsities", " I just fell on the ball and got lucky" that's when I recover the fumble to help win the 1979 N.C.A.A. National Championship, " I was being the other guys and not myself" that's when I intercepted the ball or scored a touchdown, on and on the blurbs transmitted into the Communities I Lived, Worked and Traveled, to the extent I was attacked an arrested for the the big psycho street crime guy profile not big football record of course the Police not only protect these wrongful actors in the System but have business dealings which Jeff Southmayd gave seminars in Subliminal Programming to Police not only in Boston, thank you, Phillip Bianco.

 The matters I have been confronted with has been very one sided stories and I have had to defend myself for many years. I post photographs of recent vandalism at my residence and derogatory, untrue and threatening emails that I have been subject to for a number of years. I think I need to some how get some of my side of the story published. Yes, telling my side which are true would help matters. I believe some of the newspapers companies the reported about my football participation failed to include my side of the story, they most defiantly omitted my actual personal performance statistics, that's how a football player is judged, yes, by there personal performance statistics. I set a number of performance records in small College football, an example is I scored safeties against 1979 St. Lawrence University, Bloomsburg State College, Cortland State University, Canisus College and 1980 Albany State University, so that is 5 safeties they were by blocked punt and that would be the most in small College football. Someone had told me that I also scored a safety which is 2 points score against 1980 Bloomsburg State University in Bloomsburg, Pa that would be 6 safeties by blocked punt. I am believe those newspapers that reported about my participation when I was student/athlete from 1978 to 1980 at Ithaca College should be required to publish  amore accurate account of my participation using my actual personal performance statistics.

 I do need to contact the European Communities and International Communities where I painted and created art in my youth try and publish some of my side of the story, its' very one sided in the United States.

 I will be replacing my blog titled Phillip Bianco Recent Letters with my song lyrics, the song is titled these truths of mine. I was thinking back because of all the athletic motivated incidents that took place in the Communities I Lived, Worked and Traveled, NO Ithaca College would not have made the N.C.A.A. Playoffs 1979 if I did not score on DEFENSE against St. Lawrence University and Bloomsburg State College, Ithaca College would have had a record of 6 wins and 4 loses, that would not have been good enough to get a playoff bid,so, they would not have made the N.C.A.A. Playoffs.

   I did salvage part of the erased 1979 N.C.A.A. National Championship game film televised by ABC Sports. When I was in legal Effective Discovery I found the televised version of the game film at Ithaca College. Ithaca College was throwing the  in large part erased film in the garbage,so, I had approximately the last 4 minutes edited to the play where I blitz into the Wittenberg Offensive backfield and recover the fumble near the goal line to help win the football game by stopping Wittenberg from scoring the go ahead touchdown. Yes,I have been subject to decades long verbiage that the fumble recovery was I simply feel on the ball, that the fumble recovery was the only significant play I made all season and other deserving players should have made the fumble recovery play. I sent copies of the edited version to ABC Sports, U.S. Copyright Office, Ace Theater, Seattle Washington, Ace Video, Park Ave South, New York City, family and Italian Embassy, New York. I do want my family to try an contact the Cerrachi Family, Ithaca, New York because they use to televise the Ithaca College football games on their Cable Television Station in Ithaca. I was told the Elmira Newspaper might know who scrap booked the 1978, 1979 and 1980 College football season.

 Yes, I did hear a babbling blurb today. It seems to be the Police probably the New York Police who said "poor guy we were at every game", of course the Police were not at every football game. Yes, the Jeff Southmayd story is the present story that has caused much damage and even blamed for Jeff quitting the football team. Jeff did do work for the Boston Police Department who of course has strong ties to the New York Police. Because of the Wall Street Community who create one of every three jobs in Manhattan, they are involved with the Financial Communities security personnel. Yes, always remember that the New England Prep Schools students have produced a number of Political leaders and Financial  leaders. 26 Federal Plaza Community is a Facility that is aware of all the matters and they had a duty. Yes, during my youth in Bellmore, New York I was violently attacked at my house in Bellmore. Then I was an artist who began my career by going on television Calling Commercials to like Chef Boy R Dee and Ronzoni. I had spent a number of years outside of the U.S.A, two consecutive years studying as an artist, mostly painting and working with songs and theatrics.  So, the New York Police did attend a the football games as said. I looked back and see that I was given all zero's in any skilled category of play. The actions became a fraudulent and dishonest series of schemes, like playing the 1979 Ithaca vs Albany State football games where Robert Bob Firigno does score the touchdowns as the 1980 Ithaca vs Albany State football game where I score 20 points on DEFENSE and 6 points via kick return, changing the football schedules in much of the United States and severely suppressing my personal performance statistics by giving me all zero's in skilled categories of participation such as points scored, interceptions, blocked punts, fumble recoveries and quarterback sacks.. Of course the New York Police was not at every College football game I played in! Of course they are involved with the damaging Worchester Prep vs Tabor Academy story, with this whole Jeff Southmayd scheme, that he had demolished me at the line of scrimmage to win the game Worchester 6 vs. Tabor 0, that I was wearing high top cleats I did not wear high top cleats, never happened. The matter was twisted that affected my College career as a student/athlete, what happened in College is that Jeff was one of five freshman who got asked up to the Varsity to earn a spot on the football team, Jeff forgot his football helmet at the Buffalo College football scrimmage  that took place after the end of the football summer camp and I sacked the Buffalo Quarterback earning me a spot on the varsity, the Coaches thought Jeff was irresponsible, so, they sent him down to the Junior Varsity, he got angry and quite the team, the matter was twisted that it was my fault and that the Worchester Prep vs Tabor game motivated the Coaches decisions and was my fault he left the team which was very untrue and unfair to say and take actions. I scored two touchdowns, Young scored one touchdown and O'Connor scored one touchdown and Mike Ryan kicked the extra points,so, these schemes are not only  to obstruct gainful activities by going things of worth and value but to say I lied, so, it would be motivated about the testimony that took place in Bellmore about when I was attacked during my youth to say the incident did not happen and destroy testimony.
     What is proven I believe is that some type of Authority hallucinated about my participation as a student athlete including the reason they took actions not only to change much of the 1978 football schedules in much of the United States but then to publish those changed schedules at each School and College, it had to be an Authority that had the ability and capability to take such actions. Just imagine during the Ithaca College football games there were thousands of fans and spectators at the Stadium in the stands watching the games and as I ran down the football field with the football under my arm to score s touchdown they had convinced people that I did not score, hey, they could convince people of anything, that a person did this, that and the other things, yes, make up any story supported with false subject matter such as newspaper articles, coerced witnesses and statistical data. Yes, I believe it would be a hallucination by convincing people that I did not score a touchdown. I scored the most points on Defense in all of small College football and the reasons they made such changes are very psychiatric. In fact, they evade such wrongs by using psychiatrics. It had to be some type of Authority to have the ability to take such actions such as making  changes to schedules not only at the Schools and College I attended but on a Regional and National level, yes, they would have the capability to have a person attacked and arrested. I believe out of spite and resentment, a grudge seeking revenge not only for  some hard tackles and hits but because I set numerous personal performance records they had me attacked and arrested for the big record because I set big records in football, scoring most points.
